Photographing for It’s Just Booze, I had the pleasure of capturing a spirited evening at the Noyo Harbor Inn, where their new whisky program launched in collaboration with Penelope Bourbon. The atmosphere was warm and engaging, thanks in part to whisky educator JD, whose storytelling and deep knowledge brought each pour to life. With thoughtfully curated pairings and a beautifully set table, the night offered a dynamic mix of flavor, connection, and craft—an exciting beginning to the Inn’s journey into elevated whisky experiences.
