Start by emailing me the package you'd like to book. Once I receive your selection, I’ll send over your retainer invoice and a digital contract to make it official.

Once your contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date is locked in! You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule our check-in call so we can start planning the details.

Between now and your session or wedding day, we’ll have at least one video call to walk through the timeline, goals, and vision. I’ll also send a few helpful guides and questionnaires to keep things on track and stress-free.

I’ll arrive about 30 minutes early to get settled and meet everyone before we begin. Then it’s time to relax and enjoy the day—I'll be there to capture it all with care, calm, and joy.

Within three days of your wedding or session, you’ll receive a handful of sneak peek images delivered via your personal Pic-Time gallery—perfect for sharing or simply reliving the magic while it’s still fresh.

4 weeks after your wedding or session, your full gallery will be ready! You’ll receive a private Pic-Time link to view, download, and shop prints of your images at your own pace.
