How soon should we book you?

At the moment, I might have your wedding date available, so please reach out—but I’m only able to secure dates for clients with a signed contract and retainer payment. I highly recommend booking as soon as you’re ready so we can make it official and start planning your day together!

How can you ensure our photos will be safe?

As a Virgo and former event coordinator, preparation is in my DNA. I show up to every wedding with backups of all the gear I need—and that includes how I handle your images. Every photo I take is backed up multiple times. Once I’m home from your wedding, I store your files in three separate locations to ensure your memories are protected and safe.

Do you offer guides or planning help?

Yes! I’ll be sending you a series of helpful planning guides in the weeks leading up to your wedding. These include best practices for the day, a family photo questionnaire, timeline tips, and more. I’m here to make sure everything is taken care of—so you can focus on enjoying the moment and celebrating your love.

Are we able to get more time if things run late?

Absolutely. I know weddings can run behind even with the best planning. I’m happy to stay up to 30 minutes past the scheduled time at no extra charge. If the event runs later than that, I’ll send you a separate invoice for the additional coverage, due before gallery delivery.

How soon will we get our photos?

You’ll receive sneak peeks within 48 hours of your wedding, delivered via your personal Pic-Time gallery link. Your full gallery will be ready in 4–6 weeks, and I’ll notify you by email as soon as it’s uploaded and ready to view.

Do you offer prints?

Yes! The gallery platform I use, Pic-Time, allows you to order beautiful prints, framed artwork, calendars, mugs, and more—shipped directly to your door. You can easily shop right from your gallery. If you have any questions about printing or products, I’m always happy to help!
